it deserves its 4 stars. the view from the window was nice. we ate at the grill restaurant very close to the hotel.

we had a sunny balcony. a wide range of restaurants to eat close by, like tutti frutti that was only 10 minutes' walk away. we totally recommend it for every one. we greatly enjoyed royal victoria.

Location was spectacular and the staff was friendly. We would love to stay here again when visiting Varenna.
